Elon Musk posted a screenshot on social media platform X to show how his Grok AI bot purchased Lego Star Wars sets on Sunday. Wired AI and WIRED reported that the screenshot exposed sensitive purchasing data to his more than 240 million followers. [1][2]
The shared image revealed a 10-digit Lego order number, the total purchase price, billing and delivery addresses, the email address used by the bot, and the last four digits of his credit card. According to Wired AI, an X user under the name Enderman subsequently used the exposed order number to interact with the customer service chatbot on the Lego website. [1]
Musk is the chief executive officer of Tesla and SpaceX, as well as the wealthiest person in the world. As FTMQ SI reported earlier, Musk previously adopted super intelligence terminology for artificial intelligence products following statements by United States President Donald Trump. [3][5]
