Amazon unveils new Echo devices and interactive 3D smart home map

Amazon has unveiled a new line of smart home devices, introducing fresh device categories and updated hardware, ZDNet AI reported. The releases feature the Echo Time smart alarm clock priced at 200 dollars and the Alexa Photo Frame priced at 230 dollars. ZDNet AI reported that both new products are available immediately. [1]

The company also updated its existing smart hardware offerings, according to ZDNet AI. Amazon introduced an upgraded Echo Dot for 100 dollars, which can function as a Wi-Fi extender, and a new Echo Studio priced at 250 dollars that includes a built-in Home Camera. Additionally, Amazon presented a redesigned Echo Show 16 for 500 dollars, which is open for preorders and scheduled to ship in mid-December. [1]

Alongside the new hardware, Amazon announced a new software feature called the Alexa Home Map, ZDNet AI reported. The application allows users to build an interactive 3D map of the interior of their home to manage connected devices. [1]
